Application process and issuance of letters of introduction and employment certificate for faculty members to participate in conferences, workshops and study opportunities

1) Receiving an invitation or acceptance letter for the paper

2) Approval by the Department Council

3) Approval by the Faculty Council

4) Approval by the University Research Council and issuance of a letter of introduction by the Vice President for Research

5) Issuance of a certificate of employment and a letter of introduction in English to the International Scientific Cooperation Group
