Registration of Admitted Students

In university education, the applicant is registered by obtaining documents and completing the following steps:

a) A permit for admission to study issued by the General Directorate of Student Affairs within the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology

b) A final acceptance letter issued by the University's Vice President for Education

b) Previous academic documents stamped by the Iranian Embassy

c) Originals of previous academic documents for verification and confirmation of their photos and originals of identity documents

d) A copy of a passport with an educational visa (type E) and verification and confirmation of their photos

e) Confirmation from the Vice President for Education and Supplementary Education of the University regarding the payment of the first semester's tuition fee (students not on a scholarship from the Ministry of Science) or a scholarship letter

If, after registration, the relevant educational group determines that the student does not have sufficient command of the Persian language, an academic leave without being included in the academic years will be granted for him/her to study the language Persian is accepted at the University of Zanjan or other official, accredited Persian language learning centers.
